BijouxBazaar was founded as a tribute to my Mom and her great love of jewelry, especially costume jewelry.
As a child in NYC, I remember Mom and I going out early on a Saturday or Sunday morning to bazaars looking for "Bijoux" (costume jewelry) This was a fun time for us and I will never forget it. Mom lived in Paris, France for 17 years and started her love of "Bijoux" there.
So in honor of my Mom, in 2002 I established my company BijouxBazaar and in 2005 BijouxBazaar received a Registered Trademark from the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
I know that my Mom would have been proud of my BijouxBazaar online and offline retail stores.
